 (the “Site”) and for your interest in Obsidian Hospitality Management LLC. (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Obsidian,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”). As a condition of using this Site, we require that you agree to each of the terms and conditions of use and notices stated below.   • Obsidian may freely use ideas, concepts, know-how, content, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose, including developing or marketing products and services.

6. Obsidian reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, or improvements to Obsidian Information and to the products and programs described therein at any time without notice, including after a transaction confirmation.

7. Obsidian is domiciled in the United States and prohibited from providing services to certain restricted individuals or entities, including those listed by U.S. government agencies or residents of embargoed countries.

8. The Site may reference hotels operated by Obsidian. A product or service offered at one location does not guarantee availability at another. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites not under our control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or availability.

9. The Site is intended for individuals within the United States and is governed by U.S. law. Obsidian knowingly collects information only from individuals in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Obsidian may disclose information (including Personal Information) if:
